3. How information is collected

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the Store and cookies, and from service providers involved in ecommerce, such as Shopify, payment and fraud-prevention services, digital-delivery tools, email providers, review platforms, analytics or advertising partners where enabled, and customer-support providers. We may also receive information from a person who buys a gift or business licence for you, from a referral partner or from public sources where lawful.

4. Why we use information

We use personal information to:

  • operate the Store, process payment and fulfil orders;
  • deliver downloads, maintain customer accounts and administer licences;

  • keep tax, accounting, consent, delivery and legal records;
  • improve Store performance, navigation, products and support;
  • measure aggregate usage and analytics where permitted;

  • complete a legitimate financing, reorganization, merger or sale subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not use submitted reviews to invent endorsements, and we do not knowingly publish fabricated customer experiences.

5. Legal bases in the EEA and United Kingdom

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

  • Contract: to process an order, provide digital content, administer the purchased licence and give requested support.
  • Legal obligation: for tax, accounting, consumer, ecommerce, sanctions, regulatory and lawful disclosure duties.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure the Store, prevent fraud and licence abuse, improve services, keep appropriate business records and defend legal rights, after considering the effect on individuals.
  • Consent: for non-essential cookies, optional marketing or another activity where consent is legally required. You may withdraw consent prospectively at any time.

Where special-category or sensitive data is exceptionally processed, we will identify an additional legal condition. Please do not send such data unless we request it for a lawful and necessary purpose.

7. Cookies, analytics and advertising choices

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies needed for checkout, security, preferences and Store operation. With consent where required, optional technologies may be used for analytics, personalization or advertising.

You can use the cookie controls shown on the Store to accept, reject or adjust non-essential categories. Browser settings may also block or delete cookies, although essential Store functions may then be unavailable. Where applicable, use Your Privacy Choices to submit a request relating to certain sharing or targeted advertising. A browser-based opt-out preference signal is honored where required and technically supported.

See the Cookie Policy for current cookie categories and retention details. The Store's actual consent banner and pixels must match that notice.

8. International transfers

Shopify and other providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where transfer restrictions apply, we use or require an available legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, binding corporate rules or another lawful basis, together with supplementary safeguards where appropriate.

Details of the safeguards applicable to your information may be requested through our online contact form. We may withhold confidential or third-party information where legally permitted.

9. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including order fulfilment, continued access, tax and accounting duties, fraud prevention, consent evidence, support and legal claims. Different records have different periods. Our current retention criteria are: Order, payment, tax, licence, fraud-prevention and consent evidence is kept for as long as required by applicable law and reasonably needed for accounting, security and legal claims. Support records are kept until the request is resolved and for an appropriate claims period. Reviews and associated media may remain while published or the relevant account is active, subject to legal needs and valid deletion rights. Consent and suppression records are kept while needed to honor choices. Analytics and advertising data follows consent choices and the relevant provider schedules. Logs and backups are kept on limited technical and security cycles, and legal holds may extend a period.

When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize or securely isolate it, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature and risk of the information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Protect your account and download links, use unique credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, an explanation of certain processing, or a review of certain automated decisions. You may also object to direct marketing at any time and lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, use our online contact form, identify the request and select or write “Privacy request” in the message. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable, but we may require proof of authority and identity.

12. Türkiye and KVKK rights

Where Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) applies, you may exercise the rights provided by Article 11, including learning whether data is processed, requesting information, learning the purpose and recipients, requesting correction or deletion where conditions are met, requesting notification of certain actions to recipients, objecting to a result produced exclusively by automated analysis that is against you and claiming compensation for unlawful processing.

Data-controller and VERBİS information, where applicable: Applicability under review for a United States seller serving customers in Türkiye; no VERBİS registration information has been verified. A privacy notice and any explicit-consent request will be presented separately; consent is not treated as a condition where another legal basis applies.

13. United States state privacy disclosures

The Store's verified applicability and practices are: We honor rights required by applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Meta and Google advertising or measurement activity may be treated as sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some laws; where required, customers may use the Store's data-sharing opt-out control and supported browser opt-out signals. California is configured to require a data-sale opt-out.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activities may be legally treated as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising even without monetary payment. We will provide and honor the required opt-out if such activity and law apply. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children.

14. Children

The Store is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child below the minimum age applicable to the service. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us.

15. Automated decisions

Payment and fraud providers may generate automated risk signals. We do not use solely automated merchant-side decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects unless disclosed here and permitted by law. Current practice: Shopify, payment providers and security partners may use automated device, network and transaction signals to identify fraud, abuse, sanctions or payment risk. These tools may flag, delay, decline or refer transactions for review. Where applicable law grants rights concerning solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, customers may request information or human review through the privacy contact form.

16. Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Policy when our practices, providers or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version, change the date and provide any additional notice required by law. Materially different use of previously collected information will have an appropriate legal basis.
